About Us
Nestled in the heart of Lewis County, Naillon Farm and Feed stands as a testament to family dedication and hard work. Founded by Preston Naillon, who got his first beef cow at the age of 13, the business has grown significantly since its establishment in 2018. By 2020, Preston had taken the leap to make it a full-time endeavor, and today alongside his wife Rachel, the farm has a couple hundred beef cows, 23 dairy cows, and 4 dairy calves spread across five leased farms and 1,000 acres of hay fields. From April to October, the Naillon family is busy with hay production, growing all their own hay to feed their livestock. This self-sufficiency is just one of the many ways they ensure the highest quality for their animals. The family’s dedication is shown in every aspect of the operation. Logan, 15, and Bailey, 17, and Reagan 19, handle the bottling for the dairy, as well as they manage the stalls and keep them clean. Even the youngest members, Jack, 12, Sawyer, 8, Riley, 6, and Gage, 4, contribute to the daily tasks on the farm and proudly raise market animals in 4-H and FFA. The Naillons sell their beef to local customers through their online website naillonfarmandfeed.com. They also sell lamb, pork, and dairy products, as well as supply hay to numerous clients. Their raw, non-pasteurized dairy products are a staple in 12 stores across Washington state. The family personally handles all deliveries, ensuring the highest quality and customer satisfaction.Despite the unpredictable nature of farming, with weather and other uncontrollable circumstances, the Naillons find joy in seeing their hard work come to fruition. The addition of the dairy farm in December brings even more joy and excitement to their lives, as long ago Rachel’s family owned and ran that same dairy farm.Naillon Farm and Feed is more than just a business; it's a way of life that brings the family together, teaching valuable lessons in responsibility, hard work, and dedication. Rachel said that her favorite part of farm life is, “How you can really see your accomplishments through the things that you do. It’s a lot of fun to see all your hard work come together in the end.”
